By using Kroo Pro you agree to these terms.
The service
Kroo Pro provides team management tools (roster, schedule, inventory, maintenance, documents, chat and more) for sailing teams. Team owners are responsible for the content and members of their team.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not share your password.
Subscriptions and billing
Team subscriptions are billed per active seat through Stripe and renew monthly until cancelled. New teams may receive a free trial. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Kroo Pro website; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to access other teams' data or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the service to send spam.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the right to store and display it to your team so we can provide the service.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
